Cried for Harry
November 21, 2005
A broken tradition…wasn’t able to watch the movie with Trini, on the first day of showing…sigh…but then, atleast i got to watch it with Kiana…
Feeling a bit sleepy yesterday, ‘coz I had to attend Kiana’s Oral Interpretation Finals. Looking forward to watch Harry that day, it was my promise…
Got to the mall just at the right time…with a grande NY fries and strawberry fruitshake…This movie is truly worth my time…Funny, exciting…and dark…Lord Voldemort in the flesh…i must admit, i cried towards the ending, when Harry went back to Hogwarts with Cedrick’s dead body…He was crying and shaking…and it moved me…probably the first time i cried in a Harry Potter movie…had to wipe my tears slowly…’coz of the turn of events…a Mad Eye Moody impersonator! I was expecting for a different “look” for the character of Mad Eye. I had a different visualization when i read the book. Good thing, its been a loooooong time since i read this part of Harry Potter series. I don’t even remember most of it!
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a must see film this year. As the story of Harry progresses every year, the acting of the main characters also mature. Play of shadows and low key lighting plus exciting camera movements! But, do not expect to see everything you read in the book!
Blessed be…
